Hello, person reading this!

This is the official announcement of a segment on my blog that I am calling “Snack Time”. These will be posts that I dedicate to a certain topic per post regarding nutrition (most of the time) and fitness (sometimes) that have worked in my favor, and I think y’all will benefit from as well. Most of the posts are general information, but they are things that some people forget (including me!!). DISCLAIMER!!: I am not a doctor nor am I claiming to be. I just know things because I have experienced them. So with that being said, take the coming advice with a grain of salt, and enjoy! 😋
